What we have thought about makes up our life as we now know it. On the average, we have 60,000 thoughts a day... all but a few of which we had yesterday. Our thoughts represent the experiences, physical objects, and relationships that make up our lives. What we are currently holding in our thoughts will take form in the future. Every thought counts! It is the collection, or balance, of thoughts that makes form. Thus the importance of knowing and managing your infinite creative power – your thoughts.
